Google Employees

I am having a tough time finding good employees. It seems like there are a lot of Googlers out there. Much to my chagrin, I’ve had a couple of employees that can’t write their own name without doing a Google search. This begs the question – Should I be looking for a teenager with expert Google search capabilities? I must confess I consider myself a pro at Googling. However I have some expertise without using Google. It is more of a complement to what I know and for verification of what I know and finding specific syntax that is difficult to remember.

So I ask, should I be searching for a person with 5-10yrs experience or should I be looking for a person of any experience -perhaps 0 experience & no degree, but with excellent Googling capability?

The search goes on for that elusive Golden Employee.
