Make Money with UpDown.com Stock Trading Community

updown.jpg

I recently came across the Updown. The Updown is a stock-trading community. Users can submit

their analysis of stocks, trade stocks (virtually), and talk to each other. It looks pretty good. It looks much more polished and the member community is more active than another community I joined – FeelingBullish. That community seemed to stagnate with the site as they had bugs they never fixed. Let’s hope that fate doesn’t happen to The UpDown.

The UpDown differs from FeelingBullish in several aspects. For one, you can earn money. That’s right you can actually make money with The UpDown. Per their website FAQ:

Do UpDown members really get paid real money?
Yes. We pay real money, not virtual portfolio money, to members whose portfolios outperform the S&P 500 (see help page for details) and to members who submit the most insightful stock analyses during each week. Also, if someone you refer earns real money, you will receive an additional real money bonus equal to 10% of the amount your referral made on The UpDown.

Watch Dax Desai’s Trades

I am going to start entering my trades in The UpDown for stocks I recommend in this blog. It will give my readers an easy way to monitor how I’m doing. My UpDown user is daxdesai.

You won’t be able to see my performance or individual stocks unless you join my group.  I have created a group: daxdesai.com. Please feel free to join my group so we can share investment ideas.  We can even create a group portfolio.  In the future plans are to allow groups to compete against each other.  Now that’s what I’m talking about.  Just ask my  mom how competetive I was with Monopoly as a kid.

If you want to join, please shoot me an email and I will send you an invite so I can get 10% for the referral. I am optimistic my readers will be money-makers and do well on the site. :o ) Either way, please feel free to join and participate in the conversation and watch me make money. Feel free to laugh at my mistakes too. It just goads me on.
